Level Up! Level Up!

Life is a grind, or so they all say,

A grand game we play, day after day.

Leveling up, and then level again,

It feels like it’s never quite reaching the end!

You wake up each morning, you stretch and you yawn,

Then off to the races, you’re already drawn.

Tasks on your plate, just stacking up high,

Like climbing a mountain, or touching the sky.

With every new goal, there’s more to achieve,

Another big hurdle right up your sleeve.

“You’re doing so well!” the voices all cheer,

But deep down you wonder, “How did I get here?”

Level up! Level up! That’s what they all shout,

But sometimes you wonder what it’s all about.

The higher you climb, the more there’s to do,

And the faster the race, the less time for you.

The grind can feel endless, like a long, winding stair,

And you ask yourself, “Why am I even up there?”

But the game keeps on going, it never will stop,

It’s climb after climb, from the bottom to top.

It sounds a bit tiring, that much is true,

When it’s all about winning, and racing right through.

But sometimes, dear friend, you must take a pause,

For life isn’t just grinding, it’s more than applause.

So rest when you can, let yourself breathe,

Look out at the journey, what’s underneath?

For leveling up isn’t all that we need,

It’s about how you live, the joy you can feed!

So yes, it’s a game, but play it your way,

Don’t just keep grinding, try dancing each day!

For life’s not just levels stacked high in the air

It’s the fun that you find, the love that you share.

Egg Of Creation

In ancient Egypt, under the shadow of the pyramids, a woman named Layla roamed the desert sands, haunted by a love long lost. Her true love, Kael, once held the Egg of Creation, an artifact said to contain the spark of life itself, able to shape the very fabric of existence. But as fate would have it, Kael was tricked by a sorceress disguised as an ally, seduced and deceived out of his access to the egg’s power. It wasn’t quite the “Assassin’s Creed” epic Kael had imagined, it was far worse. The sorceress, a powerful priestess who wielded the forces of the cosmos, cursed him. Stripped of his power, Kael was doomed to wander the wilderness for 100 lifetimes, never to remember his true self, never to return to Layla. Each rebirth separated him further from his identity, each lifetime another prison where his soul longed for something it couldn’t name. And Layla, cursed to remember, lived on in sorrow through her own lifetimes, feeling the emptiness in her heart but forgetting the face of the one who completed her. A powerful magic bound them apart. The priestess, now controlling the Egg of Creation, had used its connection to the Flower of Life, a sacred code of energy that governed all things. Through this, she manipulated humanity like a spiritual signaling network, controlling the masses and feeding off the power of kings and queens. Every time Kael was reborn, she sought to keep him unaware of his true nature, ensuring he remained a tool for the ruling powers of the age, his gifts harnessed but never his own. But as time stretched on, they approached Kael’s 100th rebirth, a pivotal moment in the cosmic dance. He was born once more, this time as a child destined for greatness, marked by powers that those in control quickly seized upon. They used him, as they always did, siphoning his energy for their dark purposes, unaware that the winds of fate had begun to shift. What they couldn’t anticipate was the growing influence of Kael’s ancestors, who had watched over him for lifetimes, biding their time for his final awakening. With each rebirth, the hits on Kael’s life became routine, every time he approached awakening, another order would be given to take him out. But this time, something changed. This time, the hit failed. Again and again, they tried, and again and again, the attempts missed their mark. The priestess, with all her power, couldn’t understand why her magic no longer worked. What she didn’t realize was that Kael, in this 100th lifetime, was now shielded by forces far stronger than her will. His ancestors had woven a spiritual armor around him, ensuring his awakening could not be stopped. As Kael began to remember, fragments of past lives surged within him. His power returned, slowly but surely, as the attacks only made him stronger, more aware of the truth. Then, one day, the memories came rushing back, the unbearable loss of his true love, Layla, and the life they had shared before the curse. He had sacrificed himself, time and again, in lifetimes of service to others. But now, something had changed. He had awoken, and the weight of destiny bore down on him. He knew what he had to do. In this life, Kael had a son and an ex-wife he cherished deeply. His love for them was unwavering, and his sense of duty to his family never wavered. But something more ancient pulled at his soul, a deeper bond that transcended time. He remembered Layla, the queen who had come before all others. She was the missing part of him, the love that had been stolen so long ago. He sought her out, reaching across the threads of time through dreams, signs, and symbols. Yet Layla remained elusive, her presence felt but always just out of reach. She, too, had forgotten who she once was, lost in her own cycles of life and rebirth. Though they both sensed the truth, the veil of separation still hung between them. Kael, now fully awakened, knew that destiny would play its part. The magic that had held them apart for so long was beginning to weaken. He trusted in the universe, in the hands of fate, knowing that what was meant for him would never miss him. Though he longed for his queen, he remained steadfast in his duties to those he loved in this life, his son and ex-wife, continuing to walk the path laid before him. For now, Kael returned to his work, patiently content in the knowledge that the forces of creation were already in motion. He would wait, after so many lifetimes he could wait, and when the time was right, they would be reunited. The priestess’s grip on the Egg of Creation was weakening, and Kael, now stronger than ever, would reclaim what was his, not just the egg, but the love he had lost so many lifetimes ago.

Truth In Unity

I resonate with the idea that in all faiths, there exists a pathway to truth, why would god be inclusive of some but not others. Through the eyes of omnipresence it is clear to see that the spirit grants us ALL access to the divine within, as we are all part of that greater unity. Yet, it is essential to follow the path prescribed by the spirit guide or teacher. This path is called many names across different traditions, it leads to the same inner awakening. There are higher and lower truths, each one revealing a piece of the whole. The higher we ascend in understanding, the more we see the unity that binds them all. Here are some names for the spirit across various religions and spiritual systems. 1. Spirit of Christ / Holy Spirit – Christianity 2. Christos – Gnostic Christianity and esoteric traditions 3. Kundalini – Hinduism and yogic traditions 4. Ruach HaKodesh – Judaism (Holy Spirit or Divine Presence) 5. Atman – Hinduism (the individual soul or spirit) 6. Prana – Hinduism and Buddhism (vital life force) 7. Qi (Chi) – Taoism and Traditional Chinese Philosophy (life energy) 8. Pneuma – Ancient Greek philosophy and early Christian thought (spirit or breath) 9. Mana – Polynesian and indigenous spiritualities (spiritual power or essence) 10. Orenda – Iroquois and other Native American traditions (spiritual force in all living things) 11. Shekinah – Kabbalah and mystical Judaism (the feminine aspect of divine presence) 12. Barakah – Islam (spiritual blessings or divine grace) 13. Dharma – Buddhism (universal law, but also spiritual essence and righteousness) 14. Tiratana (Three Jewels) – Buddhism (Buddha, Dharma, Sangha; where the Dharma is seen as the guiding spirit of truth) Each of these concepts represents a different culture’s understanding of the divine spirit, the life force, or the sacred presence that guides and transforms us. They are all the various ways to engage with the deeper reality of God or the divine within and around us all. Jesus, in his pursuit of spiritual understanding, traveled to many corners of the world to learn from and teach different traditions. If we accept that the spirit, by various names, Christos, Kundalini, Ruach, Qi, exists across all faiths, then it makes sense that Jesus sought to uncover the universal truths shared by humanity. This helped him connect with the divine in many ways as each culture had different so called keys or lessons about the greater understanding of a universal whole. This would definitely explain some of them so called “lost years” of Jesus’ life. By traveling to different lands and integrating these universal teachings, Jesus would have deepened his understanding of the spirit’s many forms. His message, therefore, transcended a single religion, embodying a broader spiritual truth, that the path to God lies in awakening the spirit within, whatever name or tradition it takes. This journey of Jesus reflects the understanding that all spiritual systems are interconnected, each offering a unique route prescribed by the spirit toward inner truth, love, and unity with the divine.

The dance & Interplay of balance

When we find ourselves in the shadow, the darker part of the yin-yang, it is natural to feel disconnected from our own inner light. In these moments, we lean on the guidance and energy of ascended beings, those who have anchored themselves in the light. Figures like Jesus, or others we look up to, act as beacons. Their light provides us with hope, direction, and a reminder of what is possible within us. Mostly this is a transactional process and can cost us dearly hence why we have the term a deal with the devil. These beings are not separate from us, their light is a reflection of the light we carry but may not yet fully recognize. By relying on their radiance, we slowly begin to remember that we, too, are capable of illuminating the darkness. Over time, their light doesn’t just guide us, it kindles our own flame. Eventually, we transform. We become the light in the darkness, not just for ourselves, but for others who are navigating their shadows. This is the cyclical dance of yin and yang, where light and dark support, define, and transform each other in an eternal flow of growth and balance.
