Subject: Formal Notice of Non-Consent – Continued Mental Health Contact Without Authority
Dear Complaints Team,
I am writing to formally report continued and unwanted contact from the mental health team following my previous written complaint and clear withdrawal of consent.
Today, I received another phone call from your team asking me to attend a follow-up appointment. I informed the caller, again, that this is a consensual service and that I do not consent to any further engagement. Despite this, the call ended with the words: “We’ll see you soon.”
Let me be absolutely clear:
I do not consent to any further appointments, visits, assessments, or communications from your team.
There is no legal order in place requiring my participation. Your service is voluntary and I have withdrawn consent.
Any further attempt to contact me or attend my home will be viewed as harassment.
This letter reaffirms my earlier position and now serves as formal documentation of your team’s ongoing disregard for my legal rights and autonomy.
I request:
A written acknowledgement that this message has been received and recorded. A guarantee that no further contact will be made without lawful basis or medical emergency.
If this is ignored, I will take further steps including escalation to NHS England, the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, and legal support for harassment.
