The Book of Remembrance

Here are ten sacred-style fragments, each capturing a phase in the soul’s journey through Earth School, from duality to unity, and finally the transcendence of cycles

Fragment I – The Descent

I came not to conquer, but to feel.

To forget the stars and wear skin like ash and starlight.

Each breath was a tether, each heartbeat a forgetting.

I descended not as punishment,

But as pilgrimage, into the womb of contrast,

Where light would learn its shape through shadow.

Fragment II – The Mirror

They placed me in the garden of others.

Their eyes held my name before I knew it.

In their love, I found wounds.

In their cruelty, I found my reflection.

All relationships were echoes,

And I could not escape myself in any of them.

Fragment III – The Veil of Two

They taught me “you” and “me” a sacred lie.

We danced the dance of opposites,

Of giver and taker, pursuer and runner.

But all along, I was both.

I split myself to learn reunion,

And the ache of separation was the price of knowing.

Fragment IV – The Fire of Choice

I learned the sacred wound: betrayal.

The dagger of disappointment, held by familiar hands.

But it was I who handed it to them,

So that I might learn where I leak power.

In losing trust, I uncovered discernment.

Not all pain is punishment. Some is permission.

Fragment V – The Silence Between

There came a time I chose solitude,

Not from loneliness, but from saturation.

In the stillness, I found the Self not shaped by mirrors.

I listened to the voice beneath all voices:

The whisper that had waited eons to be remembered.

I was never truly divided.

Fragment VI – The Reclaiming

I forgave, not because they deserved it,

But because I refused to carry them into the future.

I chose to unwrite the past’s claim on me.

Time does not heal, only truth does.

And the truth was: I was always the author.

Even of the pain.

Fragment VII – The Unity Flame

When I looked into the eyes of my enemy,

I saw a younger version of me

Still caught in their forgetting.

I embraced them with silent knowing.

Unity is not sameness, it is reverence

For all the ways One has chosen to express.

Fragment VIII – The Pattern Breaker

I traced the cycles like rings in a tree.

Same lovers, same lessons, new faces.

Until I broke the rhythm with a single choice:

To pause. To question. To stop dancing

To music that no longer moved me.

And the spell of repetition shattered.

Fragment IX – The Return Within

Having left heaven, I made one on Earth.

Not through mastery of others,

But through remembrance of self.

I wore my scars as scripture,

And my joy as prophecy.

For I had made the darkness teach me light.

Fragment X – The Infinite Now

I dwell now where time dissolves

Not in the beginning, not at the end.

But in the infinite now, where all stories breathe.

The journey was never to become more,

But to remember I was never less.

This is Earth School, and I have graduated.
