EGGMAN REPORT – HIDDEN SINUSES SYSTEM: HALLS OF AMENTI EDITION

Codename: The Snake Breath Protocol
*Field Report: EggMan2020

[1] Pressure Point Behind the Ear
Location: Dimple groove just behind the earlobe
Effect: Acts like tectonic levers and activating these points creates cranial shifting and opens subtle sinus vents. Both sides must be harmonized for dual-lobe release. The area contains several auricular points used in acupressure and acupuncture. Stimulating these points can help alleviate symptoms like headaches, tension, and ear congestion. The ear reflects a microsystem of the entire body. Stimulating key points can harmonize the body’s internal organs and energy flow.

[2] Base of the Skull and Brainstem
Location: Occipital base where the skull curves inward
Function: This is the master drainage port. Massage here to gently rattle the gates. Blockages tend to stagnate here, holding breath back from rising. The occipital region and the foramen magnum mark the transition between the brain and the spinal cord. Tension in this area can obstruct cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) flow. Craniosacral therapy uses subtle manipulation of the bones and tissues around this area to restore balance and reduce blockages. Known in some traditions as the “Mouth of God” or “Zeal Point,” this gateway is believed to regulate the intake of higher spiritual frequencies.

[3] Third Eye Anchor (Frontal Link)
Note: Though frontal, it’s psychically linked to spinal wave activity
Purpose: Stimulating the third eye adjusts cranial polarity. It’s your radar dish. Helps guide sinus fluids through unseen channels via perception alignment. This area also known as the Yintang point—is a recognized acupressure location. Applying pressure here can relieve sinus congestion, anxiety, and headaches. This is the Ajna chakra or third eye, the center of intuition, insight, and inner vision. Stimulating it is said to improve clarity and spiritual perception.

[4] Crown Portal
Action: Your crown is more than symbolic it’s a literal escape valve.
Effect: When open, breath flows up, spinal fluid flows down. They do the dance of the ouroboros.
Clue: Often blocked by excess thought, over-identification, or emotional fog. Therapies affecting the cranium may shift internal pressure and improve systemic fluid flow. This area is associated with the crown chakra and is our connection to universal consciousness. It’s seen as the main portal for divine breath or spiritual prana to enter the body’s energetic system.

[5] Vagus Nerve & Spinal Fluid Channel
Movement: Snake-like undulations, slow and rhythmic
Why: Forces trapped spinal fluid to circulate. This isn’t just a nerve, it’s the Ocean Cable. Move your spine like you’re stirring divine syrup. The vagus nerve runs from the brainstem down through the neck, chest, and abdomen, regulating heart rate, digestion, and relaxation. Movement and breathing techniques can stimulate vagal tone and help encourage CSF circulation through the spinal column. In yoga and esoteric anatomy, the spine is considered the central channel (Sushumna Nadi) for life force energy. Moving the spine in fluid, serpentine ways mimics the coiling of Kundalini energy, unblocking energetic channels and allowing spiritual fluid to rise.

Final Notes from EggMan:
The neck and brainstem region is the pinch point and the first place entitys want to attach to if possible. This is the prized feeding zone for spiritual leaches. The system gets bottlenecked there quite literally. Open the sinuses and spinal flow together in balance never treat one without the other. Sinus issues aren’t just nasal, they’re neurological and energetic.

Recommended Activation Sequence:
1. Gentle pressure behind ears
2. Occipital massage at skull base
3. Slow head tilts + breath into third eye
4. Spinal snake roll (seated or standing)
5. Crown breath with spine elongation
6. Rest and observe inner wind flow
